Objective

Automation Engineer is responsible for coordinating Automation activities and projects to improve efficiency in the assembly of production line equipment and technical support in Maintenance of CNC equipment, Washers, LT, Laser Marking Machines, Vision Systems for Nemak Plants.

Main Responsibilities

Management of the Group of technicians for 24/7 support to Machining Plant
Implementation of Savings and Improvement Projects focused on productive teams.
Keep updated the control of the equipment and technologies used in Machining Plant
Execution of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance oriented to Automation.
Keep the Equipment Backup Database updated.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree IMA, IME, IMT, IME, ICC, IEC, IEE.
English Desirable

- +3 years management of technical personnel (Training, schedules, incidents)
- +3 years PLC, Advanced HMI Siemens, Allen Bradley
- +3 years CNC Sinumerik 840D PL, 840D SL, CNC Fanuc 30iB
- +3 years Robots ABB, Fanuc
