IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Position Objective:

Ensure the proper functioning of all technological equipment software and hardware based on ITIL best practices and other methodologies.

Requirements:

Information Technology Engineering or similar
Desirable 2 year of experience in related position.
Technical expert with working knowledge of office automation, database, and remote control products
Good knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices and other technical products
Trouble shooting experience for software and hardware (Pc. Printers, Copier machine, Windows, etc)
Ability to diagnose and solve basic technical problems
Availability to work at different times.
IT tools management
English 60% (Desireable)

Responsabilities:

Provide hardware and software technical support to users.
Hardware installation, configuration and maintenance.
Create and manage all users on all platforms and systems.
Ensure the planning and monitoring of the serial production of new processes and equipment.
Inventory control of warehouse equipment.
Control administrative access to restricted areas.
Ability to receive and respond promptly to necessary information from users.
Monitoring of servers, networks, antivirus, etc.
Carry out backups of user information.
Advanced knowledge of ITIL
Knowledge of physical flows in the automotive industry.
IT Infrastructure, office, planning and conflict resolution skills.
