Sales Analytics and Insights Reporting Analyst

This role has been designated as 'Edge', which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

Responsible for supporting Sales pipeline analytics, Forecasting processes and other Sales Operations processes (including Pricing, Order Management, Invoicing, Opportunity Assessment, Field Inventory management).


How you'll make your mark:


  • Delivers insights and valueadded commentaries to sales that will enable leadership to make better strategic decisions, targeted actions and focus on execution.
  • Provides ad hoc analysis to identify details behind risk
  • Reports and analyses order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment.
  • Build, maintain and execute reports against an established delivery schedule.
  • Analyses historical financial and operational metrics, such as business seasonality, lead, sales pipeline conversion rates, to drive action planning.
  • Develops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the sales lifecycle (pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management and other sales pipeline analytics and forecasting solutions).
  • Primary data validation (provide quality assurance for data extracts to ensure accurate reporting)
  • Builds capabilities (e.g. Automation) as required

About you:


  • First level university degree or equivalent experience required. Advanced university degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in Sales Ops or Marketing Ops and/or Project Management experience.
  • Analytics and Insights experience
  • Attention to details
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Advanced communication skills catered to a wide variety of audiences. (e.g. written, verbal, presentation)
  • Mastery in English and local language
  • Advanced multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Advanced relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting
  • Advanced English
