    ADI Global Distribution (A Resideo Company) is the prominent global wholesale distributor of security, AV, and low-voltage products with over 25 years of experience in the industry.     As the Credit & Collections Analyst, you have the chance to enhance your expertise in optimizing cash flow and reducing overdue payments and bad debts. Your key responsibilities include managing credit risk in accordance with company policies, fostering strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams primarily through phone communications.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct collections on overdue invoices, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures with customers and internal partners to ensure prompt future payments.
  • Influence customer payment patterns by proactively contacting ADI customers via phone to prioritize payments, directly impacting the company's cash flow.
  • Address incoming calls from customers and internal teams, assisting with various inquiries such as payments, past dues, and order status.
  • Organize and evaluate internal and external customer accounts to identify collection issues.
  • Support in monthly forecast reporting.
  • Foster relationships and collaboration with internal departments and stakeholders.

    • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or a Finance-related role
  • Previous exposure to advanced English language skills in both written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in manipulating and updating Microsoft Excel documents for customer invoicing tracking – hands-on experience with pivot tables, formulas, and macros.

  • Problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
  • History of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data.

  • Early Shift: Winter 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM / Summer 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
