This position will Support Compensation processes and implementation of new/updates programs while supporting work activities for KNA compensation administration including job pricing, job assessments and surveys, salary recommendations, and salary equalization, as well as manage WorkLife & Recognition programs, in support of Total Rewards strategy.

Worklife and Recognition Programs:

Achievers (US)
- Support employees & Business Leaders with doubts an massive purchases of Achievers points. Handle Achievers contests for Sales Operations.
K Values - (US)
- Guide, train and coach the US committee to select the most adecquate nominees for the Leadership Team to select the US winners.
Perform job leveling job pricing and evaluations for new or revised jobs

Perform structure cost analysis as requested.

Recommend compensation changes to the business (salaries, merit increase, benefits & perks) as requested.

Support Annual Comp Planning process or Business as usual during Comp Planning Process.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources or related field
- 4 years of work experience in compensation administration for multiple countries.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (mainly excel)
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written) in
English and Spanish. - Knowledge of North America markets and compensations practices
- Work experience in other Total Rewards specialties (benefits, Recognition, mobility)
- Desirable
