Role description:


Base22 is looking for a hands-on, experienced project manager who can lead projects from start to finish and provide consulting for our clients.


With a strong focus on maximizing value for our clients and executing projects based on outcomes, you will be responsible for leading teams to deliver the projects making sure they also adhere to the quality controls established by the PMO.

With your consulting experience, you will also be responsible for playing an advisory role to our clients by analyzing situations and providing solutions that will achieve business outcomes.

You should demonstrate expertise in digital transformations, be skilled in identifying problems and presenting solutions, and possess well-honed research abilities.


As a Senior member of our team, you will also provide mentoring and coaching to other Project Managers and members of our organization.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment.
  • Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and issues
  • Manage client projects with a strong focus on consulting.
  • Prepare detailed project plan and estimate for all phases of the project
  • Manage project scope and changes
  • Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders
  • Accountable for the quality and value of delivered projects.
  • Monitor and control project execution performance
  • Report on project success criteria results and metrics
  • Ontime delivery

  • Project risks and plans on mitigating these risks

  • Monitor staff performance and support the performance review process
  • Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature the capabilities of the organization
  • Continue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods, and best practices
  • Focus on continuous improvement of service delivery

Required skills:


  • Demonstrated experience managing projects from start to finish in a consultant setting.
  • Demonstrated experience with waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience managing different types of projects including development, implementation, change management, and AMS projects.
  • Experience creating and maintaining project plans, including risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
  • Experience managing budgets and costs for projects.
  • Experience in requirements elicitation and conducting interviews with users, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices
  • Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations
  • Selfmotivated, and decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
  • Adept at conducting research into projectrelated issues and products
  • Efficient in resource planning and tasks assignment
  • Highlevel communication and negotiation skills. An ability to effectively prioritize workloads and manage competing deadlines.
