Licenciatura concluida Experiência comprobable de al menos 5 años en área de ventas, preferiblemente en la industria de alimentos.
Experiência sólida en el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas y expansión de mercado. Conocimiento del mercado de productos lácteos, tendencias de consumo y competencia.Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar y desarrollar equiposACTIVIDADES
:
Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ventas para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de la empresa. Liderar equipo de ventas, brindando dirección, apoyo y motivación para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas.
Identificar nuevas oportunidades de mercado y desarrollar planes para expandir la presencia de la empresa Analizar datos de ventas y tendencias del mercado para ajustar estrategias según sea necesario.
