Estamos en busca de un Air Logistics trucking specialist en el Departamento Air Logistics para nuestra oficina Corporativa en Ciudad de MéxicoTu función:
Fungir como el enlace con nuestros analistas de atención al cliente y proveedores de transporte para garantizar la rentabilidad de nuestro negocio y cumplir los requerimientos de nuestros clientes en tiempo y forma
Tus responsabilidades:
1. Mantener comunicación efectiva con proveedores de acuerdo a las necesidades de la operación aérea a nível nacional.2. Utilizar los mejores proveedores cumpliendo los requerimientos, tarifas y tiempos de respuesta para maximizar las oportunidades de negocio.3. Seguir las instrucciones de trabajo y procedimientos del área con base en las políticas de la compañía.4. Monitorear y mejorar los KPI ́s de su area.5. Cumplir los estándares de seguridad y calidad globales y nacionales establecidos por QSHE en el traslado de mercancías.6. Colaborar con los analistas de atención al cliente para garantizar la excelencia a nuestros clientes.7.
Ingresar en sistema los status correspondientes a su operación, así como las pruebas de entrega
Tus habilidades y experencias:
Titulado Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería Industrial, de Transporte o carrera afín)Experiência de 2 años en Freight ForwarderDominio de tráfico aéreo, transporte doméstico y/o terrestreEnfoque de Servicio a ClienteToma de decisiones-tácticas u operativasControl de procesos-ejecuciónActitud de servicioCompromiso-cumplimiento de tareas
