What do we do?_**The PreSales Licensing Support (Cloud) - Analyst is responsible for managing the pre-sales operations tasks.
This role is key to ensuring SoftwareONE can maintain our overall customer experience by providing cloud publisher expertise and enabling the sales team to focus on their core selling activities.
Summary
The Associate will provide guidance to the sales team and customer on the on-boarding process along with complete knowledge solution around program in the hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS, Google).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understanding the business of hyperscalers programs (Microsoft, AWS, Google) & support the Global Subsidiaries and customers with the required knowledge
- Supporting the sales team and customers by resolving their pain points with their deep understanding of the programs during commercial onboarding
- Responsible for supporting existing accounts with their quoting needs for specific publishers
- Consolidating customer contracts with customers to optimize their pricing and renewal dates
- Publisher specific Opportunity Management contacting customers to actively consult them on renewals
- Management of open customer requests
- Drive resolution of escalations by working with customers, publishers and other internal departments
- Facilitate the credit and rebill process with operations specialists and finance
What we need to see from you:
Experience
- Previous experiences in a similar position or working experiences in similar roles is an advantage
Knowledge
- Fluent in English with excellent command over grammar
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical are also required.
- Publisher Knowledge on Microsoft, AWS or Google (preferable).
Personality
- Able to identify the right query demonstrate effective comprehension skills and paraphrasing skills
- Display active listening and ask the right questions if in doubt or probe if need clarity
- Demonstrate customer centric mindset
- Ensure to follow up on your commitment by providing a timely update to customers
