- Provide strategic insights and recommendations during negotiations, considering both short-term objectives and long-term business sustainability
- Identify potential risks and opportunities within contract terms and propose strategies to mitigate risks and maximize value
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and emerging best practices in contract negotiation, procurement, and ESG compliance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and tools, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
- Proven track record of minimum 4 years in sales, contract negotiation and procurement
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to confidently lead negotiations on calls
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to analyze complex contract terms, make informed decisions and identify potential risks and opportunities
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build positive relationships with internal teams, external partners, and clients
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism and integrity
- Familiarity with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) concepts and their relevance to contract negotiation and management (preferred)

Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
