Job Description Summary:
Lead all marketing efforts across LATAM, leading the regional and local teams.

Think and act both strategically and tactically - from the creation of plans, to the execution, and analysis of business impact.

Job Description:

To optimize and localize thought leadership programs and an always on content program of information and education to support & enable sellers to thrive in the global, mobile digital economy
To lead execution of segment marketing programs for priority products, partnerships and/or merchants across Country.
To lead the localization of Regional and Country Based Consumer SMB and enterprise Marketing Plans across the funnel inclusive of new product launches, thought leadership initiatives and performance marketing
To optimize the value proposition of PayPal for SMBs, Enterprise and Consumer in each market to position PayPal.
