- Assist in the creation and execution of Trade Compliance policy framework, processes, and procedures.
- Oversee documentation creation, shipments, and reports related to Global Logistics, meeting required SLAs while supporting Managed Spares, Miscellaneous, SOs, and Labs movements globally.
- Require collaboration and alignment with various internal departments (Logistics primes in regions, Engineers, PLMs, Shippers at distribution centers).
- Expertise in MTT (Manual Trade Transactions) and Oracle GTM/OTM tools to produce shipping documentation for necessary global movements (over 800 shipments per quarter).
- Create documents for International Shipments to/from EMEA, IN, NA, CALA.
- EMEA & Global shipments – MTT (Manual Trade Transactions) for Managed Spares & Miscellaneous requirements.
- Arrange shipments with major logistics carriers as required (ensuring optimal price and service).
- Ensure compliance with Import and Export regulations for the mentioned movements.
- Bachelor's degree in Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- Background in logistics, traffic, shipping, and customs.
- General understanding of logistics.
- Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of import/export laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Proficiency in intermediate-advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, and formulas).
