- Support operational excellence in Custom and Trade Compliance by assigning import/export classifications, performing clearance activities, obtaining relevance licenses and permits, resolving clearance delays with service providers, conducting restricted party screening, and maintaining records to local requirements.
- Draft and update trade-related standard operating procedures, work instructions, process mapping, training materials, and other governance documents to support Plexus' compliance with applicable trade regulations.
- Support internal stakeholders by interpreting and analyzing applicable regulatory and operational requirements to create solutions that enable compliant, efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Participate in activities to continuously improve the strength of the Plexus trade compliance and logistics program, which may include but not limited to generating metrics/KPIs, conducting data analysis, supporting audits, and recommending corrective actions.
- Additional trade compliance, customs, and logistics duties as assigned
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.

- Intermediate Decision Making and Problem Solving Skills.
- Intermediate Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Intermediate Google Workspace or MS Office Skills Specifically (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Access).
- General office equipment and materials.
- Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment. Minimal physical activity is generally involved, emphasizing the importance of good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
