    Responsibilities:

    • Managing the Elanco AH Customer Master files for veterinarians, clinics, agents, distributors, and other customers within the global Master Data Management system and SAP.
    • Ensuring timely and accurate updates of the customer master database to facilitate smooth business transactions.
    • Being a key point of contact for Agents to maintain accurate customer records and compliance.
    • Requesting and managing Animal Health Numbers (AHN) for all accounts in the Elanco AH Customer Master Database.
    • Collaborating with various departments and vendors to address customer master, pricing, and order issues.
    • Following all SOPs and guidelines for SAP and the MDRS.
    • Handling Data Change Requests (DCRs) and validating customer classifications for data accuracy.
    • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

    What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

    • High school diploma with a minimum of four years of business experience; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
    • Experience in data entry and effective communication skills.

    • Ability to work independently with good judgment.
