E-Commerce Account Specialist:

What You Will Do:

Develop and execute in a timely manner the annual plan of Ecommerce activities and promotions based on the needs of our brands and customers.
Design and execute communication strategies for ecommerce platforms.
Link with Digital Marketing to align communication plans for ecommerce clients.
Ensure that we have the correct brand content in the different ecommerce platforms.
Ensure online presence of our brands.
Be the internal ecommerce champion, participating in digital marketing plans and ensuring that ecommerce becomes a focus channel both in budget allocation and in the business planning process.
Analyze online consumer insights and customer needs to find opportunities and develop a continuous improvement plan.
Implement, monitor and analyze E-Commerce KPIs, to propose corrective actions if necessary.
Create reports and scorecards that provide relevant information for the organization.
Be aware of new ecommerce trends and look for ways to carry them out in our business. Thinking "outside the box"
Agile campaign execution, including results review and necessary corrections implementation for following activities.

Who You Are:

Bachelor ́s degree preferably in business administration, marketing, or communication
Minimum 2 years' experience in sales/ account management role
Work experience preferably in the ecommerce industry but not necessary
Analytic skills
Knowledge of ecommerce/ digital marketing
Strong ability to collaborate with other teams
Leadership for project execution
Organization
Ability to make decisions
