- Publishers Partnership Manager
- Prospect new publishers for the Mexico and Central America market, while also focusing on managing and maintaining a strong pipeline
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships for these markets
- Collect and analyze data and KPIs and create our growth strategy, and forecast accurately to internal management
- Check reports and dashboards to identify revenue opportunities
- Work closely with other Latam Publisher Managers to develop the Regional Team
- Collaborate closely with internal Seedtag teams, serving as the connection for addressing all business and technical matters and opportunities alongside the market owner
- Accumulate a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Ad Tech supply role in the MX & CAM region
- Demonstrate a proven ability to consistently achieve Sales and Revenue targets on a monthly or quarterly basis while also focusing on delivering exceptional client service
- Proficient in technology, with the capacity to acquire the necessary knowledge to ensure successful implementation and optimization of publisher accounts
- Possess exceptional communication skills and a willingness to embrace calculated risks
- Bring an abundance of energy, proactiveness, and enthusiasm for the challenges of a Startup environment
- Stay current with the latest developments in the digital AdTech realm
- Exhibit native-level proficiency in Spanish and an advanced command of the English language
- Are not afraid of challenges and the changing digital world
- Have knowledge of other languages such as Portuguese
- Have previous Supply Sales experience in other Latam markets
