BorgWarner's Fuel Systems and Aftermarket business PHINIA is intended to separate from BorgWarner in late 2023

Job Purpose
In this role, and under direct supervision of the HR Supervisor will be primarily responsible for comply with the company benefits plan for all staff.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support one or more of the following activities:
- Prepare the payroll of indirect personnel (salaried and indirect hourly).
- Support the direct personal payroll process (hourly).
- Prepare Social Security, FONACOT, INFONAVIT payments, as required.
- Control of bank cards and grocery vouchers to pay staff.
- Control of affiliation movements before the IMSS and INFONAVIT.
- Address doubts and requirements of staff.
- Support for employees in the use of Major Medical Expenses, Life and Auto Insurance.
- Administration of sports clubs.
- Management of movements in Workday.
- Review and reconciliation of provisions, accounting accounts, etc.
- Attention financial audits and internal reconciliation reviews before audits
- Manage the Assistance System.
- Comprehensive administration of the Payroll system (Revolution)
- Prepare monthly closings and annual closings.
- Prepare calculation of PTU, Christmas bonus and vacations.
- Meet INFONAVIT, IMSS requirements.
- Reporting for IMSS and Financial opinions.
- Actively participate in the Annual Physical Inventory.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Administration, General Accounting or related career.
- Time of experience in a similar position: 5 years or more of experience
- English Conversational
- Required technical knowledge: High experience in understanding employer obligations, knowledge of laws and regulations related to the area.
- Other requirements: Microsoft Office, SUA system, Payroll system, Workday and Revolution desirable
