-PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide leadership for process control in the process
  • Problem resolution with supplies and customers
  • Support the corrective action systems (Internal and external)
  • Provide technical support to Mfg. Eng and Mfg regarding quality of product and his function within the design
  • Quality gage requirement for processes.
  • Provide leadership to QC engineers and technicians
  • Work closely with engineering and manufacturing in capacity studies,gage R&R. and CPK.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the department supervisor.
  • Performs activities related to safety.

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:


  • Knowledge of material properties
  • Knowledge of quality criteria
  • Knowledge of incoming inspection processes
  • Knowledge in painting (ecoat / Powder coat)
  • English 50% spoken and written
  • Interpretation of 2D plans
  • Teamwork
  • Analysis of problem solving
  • Conversational English
  • Quality Core Tools
  • Knowledge of design (plus)
  • Intermediate to advanced geometric tolerances
  • Excellent attitude to learn
  • Easy to adapt to new ways of working
  • Good adaptation to change
