What do we expect from you in the area? As a
Business Development Manager, you will be responsible of leading, planning, and executing commercial strategies, identify market opportunities in USA, generate leads, improve the sales funnel conversion rate, have a high sense of organization, be great at project management and have excellent negotiations skills.

  • Base salary $35,000.00 to $50,000.00
  • Uncapped commissions.

For us it is very important that you meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Business, International Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or related.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial area, corporate sales or related.
  • Experience in USA market development.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Passion for technology.
  • Knowledge in ecommerce and logistics.
  • English Proficiency (perfect grammar and communication skills).
  • CRM, HubSpot, SQL database management.
  • Microsoft Office management (Advanced Excel).

What activities will you have to do?

  • Leading a global commercial team: Experience in building teams from scratch, setting up goals, SLA's, KPI's will be needed. High analytical skills, strategic planning and operational skills will be needed. One of your main responsibilities will be to manage the team and guide them to ensure they achieve their goals.
  • Negotiate with logistic carriers, create partnership, increase brand awareness in USA
  • Managing P&L reports, budgets, expenditures and any other report needed to take the correct decisions
  • Analyze the market and competition in

USA:
implement solutions and improvements in the team, to help us achieve the objectives.

  • Build and maintain stable and profitable business relationships with customers and business partners in the USA market.
  • Reinforce the company's image and brand awareness in the global market at Latin America level.
