Customer Service Representative - Baja California - TekniPlex

This is a critical customer-facing role at Teknipplex where you will serve as the main point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary objective will be to ensure their satisfaction through excellent service, working closely with the Account Manager and other teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently, translating requirements into production needs.
• Collaborate with production planning and manufacturing to meet shipment deadlines (SIOP).
• Handle change orders, trial orders, remake orders, and rework orders according to customer needs.

Further Duties Include:

• Maintaining accurate pricing on all purchase orders by resolving discrepancies with Product Management/Account Manager.
• Tracking inventory levels until shipment is made

You will also assist in developing forecasts and stocking programs tailored to each client’s unique demands. Ensure that product specifications are up-to-date
