Organization Improvement Manager:

About the Role

What You Will Do:

Be a Role Model for SQCDM (safety, quality, delivery, cost, moral).
Initiate and implement manufacturing excellence and lean management standards in the factory and conducts training in this field.
Initiate, implement and monitor activities to improve operational processes.
Build and promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing new tools and improving current ones.
Ensure that knowledge and awareness of continuous improvement is part of the organization's operations to ensure implementation of the plan (factory master plan).
Support the development of the organization by coordinating the implementation, operation and implementation of employee competence matrices at all levels in close cooperation with internal trainers.
Close link to OIM network to align and implement system enablers (best practices) and to ensure the standards are effective and are delivering the desired results.
With HR, assure a highquality onboarding for the new comers (including graduates) or for the people with new responsibilities in the RST teams.
Cocreating and implementing the factory's CBN strategy.
Coordinate the GET program in the Site.

Who You Are:

Min. 5 years' experience in managing operations, managing continuous improvement department as a plus
In depth knowledge and experience in implementing high performing work systems (TPM, 5S, SMED, PDCA, problem solving)
Practical experience in implementing TPM incl. Equipment Ownership, 5S, SMED, problem solving
Experienced People Leader able to coach with strong facilitating and influencing skills
Developed project management skills and ability to work across boundaries
Holistic thinker with deep business understanding, can do attitude, result driven
Very good knowledge of English language both written and spoken
Fluency in Spanish language is a must
