- Leads a team that ensures compliance with accounting regulations (Audits and financial compliace with corporate and local policies, SOX controls and transfer pricing regulations), analyzes production costs and/or locations P&L. - Assesses issues and develops resolutions in collaboration with business and operational management. Ensures that the team maintains proper records for audit purposes. Ensure timely and accurate period closing and subsequent submissions to Corporate HQ as well as management and statutory reporting. (25%)
- Manages local statutory requirements and supports annual financials and audits (Internal and external auditors.) (10%)
- Bachelor or university degree.
- Preferred in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing and manufacturing cost analysis.
- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

In the role of Senior Controller, reporting to the Global Passenger Vehicle Business Finance Director, you will lead financial function in the manufacturing site in Piedras Negras. This will involve financial planning and analysis, as well as improvements of operational processes and controls.
