    Descripción
    TE Connectivity's Sales and Marketing Teams are responsible for the sales and marketing of TE's products, systems or services including sales oriented activities, market development and communications


    Responsibilities:


    • Provide toptier customer support for TE products, advising on technical aspects and driving design solutions.
    • Cultivate and enhance customer relationships, focusing on measurable value and sales opportunities.
    • Qualify and follow up on inbound leads from diverse sources, fostering daily interactions for future sales.
    • Proactively initiate outbound calls to generate highquality opportunities with potential customers.
    • Collaborate with internal teams like production, sales, engineering, and logistics to address inquiries.
    • Nurture potential sales through regular touch points and demonstrate flexibility in changing business conditions.

    What your background should look like:

    • Customer service experience (Sales and/or Outbound calling experience a plus) with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication.
    • Bachelor's Degree required (e.g. Engineering/ Business/ Marketing).
    • Fluent in written and spoken English and another language.
    • Demonstrated consultative experience, ability to influence, resourcefulness.
    • Energized by a desire to help and connect with people.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain progress on multiple tasks, set priorities and manage time effectively.
    • Team player, critical thinker, self-motivated and proactive positive attitude.
    • Knowledge in Microsoft Office is required. SAP knowledge is a plus.
