RESPONSIBILITIES.

Manage all accounting and finance activities, including monthly closes, consolidations, reporting, planning, audit, treasury, and tax.
Manage transaction and investment accounting for GAAP compliance, including valuations with external firms, cost basis accounting, and reserves.
Oversee tax provisions, filings, and audits with external firms.
Maintain banking and lending relationships. Manage credit facilities to ensure compliance, and set up new companies and accounts as needed.
Work with operating teams to create and update forecasts for each of the firm's lines of business.
Lead FP&A function supporting the CFO.

REQUIREMENTS

Advanced level of English proficiency.
The person needs to handle QuickBooks and be familiar with GAAP regulations.
