Responsibilities:


Sales Asst Analyst

Main Purpose


The Role of the Equipment ordering and tracking Analyst has the responsible to ensure the right tracking and communicating equipment inventory, reviewing, and validating orders prior to placement.

Additionally, preparing order/tracking/delivery reporting for internal and external audiences, as needed.


As the Equipment ordering and tracking, is responsible of executing end to end merchandising requirements with functional teams of SOCO being able to document needs, manage themselves with setting appropriate activities.


Accountabilies

  • Responsible for the Budget Management; Gather information from the field on number of racks needed and Enter POs and invoices into System.
  • Responsible to provide period detailed shipping summary to Field Marketing, Merchandising and Field Support
  • Follow up the Perm. & Temp. Merch. Regional Execution, to confirm the order, prepare the supplier prework, Confirm production with the supplier and monitor shipping.
  • Develop and manage an operating budget that includes annual productivity improvements to drive overall savings to the bottom line
  • Build and manage business relationships across all equipment ordering & tracking stakeholders.
  • Provide both strategic guidance to key stakeholders, while deploying a pragmatic approach to ensuring end customers requirements are met

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Bachellor's, Associate or Technical degree in progress. Accounting, Business Administration, Data and Analytics, Computer Science or similar. Engineering if posible.
  • No professional experience requiered
  • Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
  • Advanced skills on communicate and work with different Sales roles (Internal/External)
  • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Basic English
  • Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
