Position Summary
- Associate sales specialist will be responsible of execution of Mexico and LATAM regional sales initiatives promoting medical
- Sales manager and working with dealers and direct hospital accounts.
Principal Responsibilities - Achieve commercial goals in the assigned territory, maximize sales performance through strong relationship with
- Promotion of focus products with hospital key areas
- Support internal areas with distributor and hospitals requirements to complete sales cycle; customer service, supply,
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to understand market trends, competitors and growth opportunities
- Execute local and regional marketing strategies: new products, commercial meetings attendance, promotional
Education / Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or from other business/marketing areas with 12 years proven experience promoting medical devices.
- Intermediate English level required
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel to customer locations
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, time Management.
- Competence using CRM tools for lead management and reporting.
