They will be responsible for directing sales activities to achieve set goals, developing marketing strategies that showcase our resorts' exceptional offerings, and ensuring impeccable customer relations are maintained throughout their journey with us.
We seek an individual who shares our passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences. The selected candidate will have the chance to lead cross-functional teams within the resort's operations department as well as work closely with external stakeholders such as wholesalers distributors resellers agents or other players on several echelons when it comes making business decisions regarding product launches joint promotions cooperative advertising market research competitor analysis productivity improvement quality control budget planning cost accounting financial reporting training development conflict resolution etc.
