    This position's location is in San PedroGarza Garcia, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, will be worked a Hybrid Work FromHome scheme (3 days at theoffice).

    We arelooking for an innovative, results-oriented Software Engineer whohas an ambition to contribute to the success of our DocumentIngestion program. The successful candidate will be self-motivated,creative, and they will be able to independently contribute to ourmajor strategic initiative.

    You will beresponsible for contributing to the development and launch ofsolution across the Domain and/or Platform, supporting our overallstrategy by helping define product features, helping build systemarchitecture, and spearheading the best practices that enable aqualityproduct.

    Activities

    • Contributeto the development and launch of solutions across the Domain and/orPlatform, assisting in defining product features, building systemarchitecture, and championing best practices for a qualityproduct.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholdersto translate their requirements into technical stories and softwaresolutions.
    • Participate in solutioning andestimation activities for upcomingopportunities.
    • Work with a team of softwaredevelopers to build high-quality software solutions that align witharchitecture guidelines.
    • Support technicalsolutioning and troubleshooting, collaborating closely with TechLeads and Squads.
    • Collaborate with Platformteams to improve pluggable and reusable ingestioncomponents.
    • Assist in the development of ananalysis and design methodology, ensuring an agile implementationprocess that adheres to established standards and releasecycles.

    Requirements

    • Educationin business, data, engineering, mathematics, information managementor computer science.
    • 3+ years of a datascience, technology or insurance domain experience or a combinationof both
    • Experience developingsoftware/automation solutions using Java (preferably; Spring MVC,Spring Boot) and Python.
    • Good SQL andfamiliarity with relational databases
    • Exposureto DevOps, CI/CD (Jenkins, Jira, Terraform, Ansible, dockeretc.)
    • Comfort in a dynamic and fast-moving workenvironment
    • Excellent verbal, written &interpersonal communication skills.
    • Provenability as a structured, logical thinker
