Expense report validation management to ensure they are compliant with internal policies.

Follow up on open items, pending user actions
Participate on internal audit activities to identify actions to prevent growing backlog
Attention to users regarding questions about their expenses with a great service mindset
To handle big excel database files to monitor pending actions by users
Education: Active student in Accounting, Management, Administration (or related), with a graduation conferral date after December 2023.
Experience: not necessary.
Knowledge: Microsoft Office.
