We are on the lookout for a dedicated Sewing Production Supervisor to oversee our dynamic sewing or cutting production lines in our new facility in Silao, Guanajuato Mexico.

This role is a golden opportunity for someone with a robust background in têxtile manufacturing, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in enhancing productivity and ensuring quality in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role and Impact
In your role as Production Supervisor, you will report directly to Production Manager in Mexico. You will have a daily impact on our ability to produce just in time and with the highest quality.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and supervising the sewing production line to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Implementing strategies and activities to enhance productivity and reduce turnaround time without sacrificing the finished product's quality and the utilization of rational equipment and resources.
  • Training and mentoring staff on the latest sewing techniques and safety protocols.
  • Plans and establishing work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless production flow.
  • Monitoring production metrics and implementing improvements where necessary. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Who You Are

We are on the hunt for a skilled individual who is not only adept in managing sewing production lines but also shows profound leadership qualities.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential traits that will contribute to your success in this role.


It ́s an advantage if you:

  • Have a relevant higher education, such as a degree in Engineering or related.
  • Minimum 35 years of comprehensive experience in têxtile production, specifically in sewing operations as supervisor with a thorough understanding of sewing machines and production techniques.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with aptitude for teaching and training staff in production practices.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to implement effective production strategies. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. English communication is a plus.
