    IT HelpDesk Support

    Work Description:

  • Performs basic problem solving and assistance requests that are opened on our Service Desk self-service portal and via the phone.
  • Communicate with the customer throughout the ticket process.
  • Performs routine technical assistance and maintenance duties.
  • Follow Standards and procedures per task that is required.

    • Knowledge Required:

  • Advanced Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows, Office 365 suite, Active Directory
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and applications.

    • Skills Required:

    Able to communicate information to users in a non-technical way.

    Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage time efficiently.

    Candidate will need to be accountable for software regarding maintaining and implementing new features and enhancements.

    Open to challenges and not afraid to bring up innovative ideas.

    Ability to follow workflows and setups.
