The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehouse workers.
This position reports to:
Warehouse & Logistics Manager.
Responsibilities As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible of:
Observe EHS regulations; maintain warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly condition.
Space utilization and inventory techniques.
Apply company Values.
Train, supervise and evaluate personnel.
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Plan and schedule work according with the work plan.
Apply Continuous improvement to support the Cycle Count program above 95% of inventory accuracy.
Achieve the service level according with the production plan.
Maintain picking performance above of standard.
Complete the 100% of KITS and supermarkets on time.
Receive importations based on FIFO within 24 hours.
ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS:
Basic Qualifications:
Problem SolvingTeamworkTime Availability8+ years of professional experience. Knowledge in Microsoft programs, expertise in Excel.
