As the IT Jr.

Project Manager, you'll be responsible for evaluating technology products available in the marketplace, analyzing compatibility, expandability and ease of use.

Making recommendations to management based on cost/benefit findings and participating in the development and customization of products which support our goals of becoming a platform-driven organization and drive our growth aspirations.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Coordinate execution and implementation of approved projects within area of responsibility in order to execute the plan, including building mockups and wireframes to illustrate how products could work and iterate with endusers during the product development process.
  • Orchestrate the deployment of resources (e.g., people, infrastructure, financial, informational) from Coca-Cola (e.g., client, internal service providers) and third parties in order to ensure successful project completion.
  • Create a communications plan to ensure frequent, accurate and timely communication to all stakeholders and to solidify commitment to the project plan.
  • Establish project goals and milestones to ensure the project is ontime, onbudget and meets the customer's specifications. Monitor plan and execution progress to resolve any plan variances and provide accurate communication to stakeholders.
  • Builds outstanding products using product management: understand your user, their pain points, and build a roadmap for a solution that can solve that problem and set good goals and KPIs/metrics to make sure that the team is able to meet targets.

Qualifications
& Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Business Administration/Engineering/Management Information Systems, or related degree field is required, Master's degree is preferred.

  • 4+ years' experience in Information Technology for a large global company.
  • Project Management experience doing the following: manage projects to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed upon success criteria) by establishing clear goals and accountabilities; developing project plans and allocating resources; identifying potential issues/risks and developing contingency plans.
  • Owning business relationships with internal clients
  • Management consulting experience in the technology field, Digital solutions or platforms implementation, Agile Methodology, Kanban.
