What You'll Do

You will be working with a team of professional-level employees responsible for completing a number of analytics activities within the Logistics Strategy & Sourcing (LSS) organization.

You will collaborate with a dynamic team of experts to build a culture of Analytics and Continuous Improvement.

As a Business Analyst, you will help provide innovative, strategic, and tactical recommendations, based on unbiased data-driven optimization & cross-functional collaboration.

With a focus on collaboration and innovation, you will implement data-driven diagnostic assessments of processes and practices to determine areas of opportunity.

You will also communicate plans and priorities in order to meet team performance and results requirements.

Key activities for which you and your team are responsible for include:

Serve as a technical consultant to complete intake and routing for Category Strategy needs in addition to leading business case analysis. This includes optimally communicating analysis and recommendations to leadership.
Aid in the development of the Logistics Digital Twin.
Perform adhoc data analysis to answer specific business questions and audit data quality.
Driving Supply Chain Continuous Improvement and Data Quality Standards
Using Data Insights develop Alerts for Proactive and Preemptive monitoring and performance optimization
Assist in the Digital Transformation of our Global Supply Chain and functions, by providing business intelligence solutions to our business stakeholders.

This role resides within the Logistics Analytics Team (part of Logistics Strategy & Sourcing). We deliver sustainable business value through data and analytics to drive operational excellence and transform Logistics. We enable our People to evangelize their talent and grow while continuing to meet critical skill gaps. We are the one-stop-shop for data driven insights to drive the business.

Minimum Requirements Include:

5+ years validated experience spanning network design, modeling, analytics, business intelligence, project management, and system implementation.
Deep knowledge of Logistics processes, data, and systems
Understanding of Supply Chain Network and Suppliers
Capable of crafting actionable insights and contextualizing data
Complex root cause analytics
Creative problem solving
Deep understanding and experience with Business Analytics.
Comfortable working in dynamic and changing environment
Excellent executive level communication and influencing skills
Demonstrated experience leading with crossfunctional impact
Proven record of exceptional Collaborator & Team skills
Extraordinary oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external partners
