- 2-3 yrs of experience with .Net
- Experience with Application support
- SQL
- ITIL
- Experience with ServiceNow or other platforms for the management of tickets
- Provide first-line technical support for internal users across various insurance applications.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose application incidents according to established procedures.
- Utilize ServiceNow to document, track, and resolve incidents efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL service management principles to maintain a high level of service quality.
- Knowledge of L1.5 support level and SOP execution
- Perform basic SQL queries to extract relevant data for troubleshooting and reporting purposes.
- Review and debug code written in .NET to identify and resolve application errors. (Desirable)
- Maintain a strong understanding of insurance industry workflows and how they relate to supported applications.
