    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Proactively seek for new business opportunities by reaching out new customers within the Industry segments such as automotives, general industrial, aerospace to mention someCreate, maintain and enhance the _customer experience_ across all functionsProvide Technical Advice driven by solf customer processes needsRespond to distributors, system integrators and end user enquiries regarding product selection and pricing based on coating process experiencePartner with distributors, system integrators and end usersAct as a liaison between the customer and Internal team members to ensure alll customer expectations are communicated, understood and met throughout the organizationAct as the first line of communication to customers as needed with strong and professional technical knowledge
