The Recruiting Manager is an intermediate management level position responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees to provide end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team.

The overall objective of this role is to develop, implement and provide recruiting activities in support of the business strategy.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daytoday work of junior level employees, as needed
Resolve complex problems or transactions utilizing indepth knowledge and expertise to interpret against policies, guidelines, or processes
Assist the management of talent acquisition selection process for new staff at professional and graduate levels
Provide support across entire firm or multiple business lines/areas
Serve as manager to one or more processes, reports, procedures, or products
Serve as analytical or procedural expert representing a unit or team on crossfunction process or project deliverables

Qualifications:

58 years of relevant experience
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Experiência en procesos de Reclutamiento y Selección Masivos.

Idioma inglés intermedio (deseable).
