Process Engineer-Backend.

Ensure the proper functioning of the Backend procedures in the automotive industry._

Lear Corporation Apodaca, Nuevo León, México.

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a
Process Engineer Backend, based in our Apodaca Plant (
Apodaca, Nuevo León, México).

As a Process Engineer Backend, you will provide process engineering solutions for manufacturing electronic systems and components, including guidance and instruction specification for product inspection, process, and testing.

Your Tasks will be:

Release of projectsLines.
Project documentation deliverables.
Management of personneltechnicians.
Deal with the customer.
Management with suppliers.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Bachelor ́s Degree in Electronic/mechatronic engineering or any related field.
5 years of experience in Backend area in Automotive Industry.
Experience in the electronic automotive industryDesirable.
Experience with GM and Ford customer
Desirable.
Mini Tap
Essentials.
Handling of conformal process machines, PCB conformal cutting, screwing.
Management of core tools.
Desirable handling of: Wave solder and selective soldering process.
Six sigma, AMEF/PFMA, LPA Audits previous experience, and process flow knowledge.
English level advanced.
