    What do you get to do in this position?

    Located at the procurement effectiveness team, the Procurement Sourcing Program Manager (PPM) is a versatile and dynamic leader focus to lead several programs among AI-driven initiatives, digital transformation, negotiation, and business transformation initiatives within procurement.

    This role is designed to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization, ensuring procurement strategies remain at the forefront of technological innovation and efficiency.

    Core Responsibilities:

    · Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of procurement programs to align with the organization's strategic objectives and digital transformation goals. · Drive the adoption and integration of AI and digital technologies within procurement processes to propel the organization forward in its digital transformation endeavors. · Innovate and deploy AI solutions to optimize procurement effectiveness, emphasizing continuous improvement and technological advancement. · Adapt to evolving organizational needs by managing negotiation programs, supply securitization and development projects, governance of growth and capacity, sustainability, and other procurement initiatives as required. · Contribute to the development and enhancement of organizational processes and playbooks for essential procurement tasks, while driving adoption and ensuring process discipline. · Maintain a versatile skill set and approach, ready to pivot focus in response to strategic shifts or emerging priorities within the procurement team. · Collaborate closely with the procurement effectiveness team, digital procurement, and other cross-functional teams (regional and global) to ensure alignment on goals and seamless execution of various projects. · Monitor program performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure goals are met or exceeded. · Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including presenting program updates and outcomes to senior management. · Cultivate a culture of agility, collaboration, and innovation, inspiring the team to embrace new challenges and opportunities with resilience and creativity.
