NEW CAREER OPPORTUNITY | MANUFACTURING QUALITY ENGINEER

TLÁHUAC, CDMX.

Your tasks will be:


Ensure the correct development of quality information such as: process control plans, critical audit criteria of the process, correction and prevention of failures in manufacturing processes from the beginning of the preparation of the part to the finished products.

Customer service.

  • Customer service (Magna, Adient, BMW, Stellantis, Lear Toluca, SLP, Lear Duncan)
  • Maintain close contact with the manufacturing areas involved for the implementation of preventive and corrective actions and their followup, according to the assigned area and customer complaints.
  • Maintain and document the quality system according to the IATF 16949 and corporative standards.
  • Coordinate with the Quality team the implementation of the planned strategies to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Make and keep updated the manufacturing process control plans.
  • Coordinate contentions for reported failures: internal and external.
  • Prepare effective problemsolving reports and/or One pager.
  • Obtain statistical information on the processes for reporting and decisionmaking analysis decisions.
  • Prepare the information required for the construction of APQP.
  • Prepare and build the information to generate PPAP and deliver to the client.
  • Supervise the activities of the personnel in charge.
  • Prepare robust control plans aligned with related documentation.

To be successful in the role you need:

  • 5 years of experience minimum in the automotive industry as Quality Engineer
  • English advanced
  • Travel required
  • People management (20+ people)
  • Experience welding processes (MIG, MAG)
  • Knowledge and experience in core tools
  • IATF 16949 active participation
  • Knowledge in GD&T advanced
