About the role The Finance Director is responsible for the management of all finance activities of the company, in line with the business strategy.
He/She will ensure the accurate use of financial resources and investments in accordance with the best conditions for the company, within company policy.
The Finance Director will provide reliable and accurate information to the protect company's resources through the design and implementation of internal controls which supervise their use and application.
This role will focus on leading thee company within a complex commercial environment, multiple tasks and situations.The Finance Director will drive price and mix, improve profitability to fuel the investment needs to drastically expand share of TBA.
Reporting to and working closely with the country's General Manager, the Finance Director will be a key member of the executive management team and will collaborate and liaise with all the other executive leaders to support the strategies so that the business plans are achieved.
In this sense the Finance Director also oversees the development and maintenance of strong financial reporting systems and controls, ensuring that key functional leaders and their teams are provided with accurate, timely and relevant financial data that is helpful in running the company.
The Finance Director is encouraged to partner closely with the functional leaders on initiatives to ensure adherence to company's wide standards.
The Finance Director will bring proven business partnership skills and is passionate about finance. He/She should be able to both support and challenge the business.The ideal candidate has experience working in a complex matrix organizational structure and will have potential to grow and, potentially, move to other countries.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to Mexico General Manager and will lead a team of 10 direct reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job is responsible for the Controllership, Financial Planning, Order to cash, Consumer and Commercial decision support.
The Finance Director must understand the business and support the accelerated growth expected or the next few years.
Achieve the financial business's objectives, leading all conversations in terms of possible risks and opportunities and ensuring the accurate use of financial resources and investments that continues the trajectory of improved operating margins.
Provide reliable and accurate information to all the Exec, Corporate Office and Executives for decision making.To protect company's resources through the design and implementation of internal controls.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE AND PROFILE
Minimum of 15 years of experience. Previous exposure to international experience/multinational business environment. Previous CFO/Finance Director experience.
Extensive knowledge and skills in all financial operations. Financial management experience in a similar finance director role.
Proficient in English. Excellent interpersonal skills.
High Integrity standards.
Analytical and Intellectual capabilities committed to high standards for personal and professional contributions.
Strong team leadership, motivational and communication skills.
Shown business partnership skills. Should be able to both support and challenge the business.
