- Ensures compliance with the SF central credit and collateral guidelines and handles exception requests in local competence or with central credit risk function.
- Responsible for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, forecasts, and analysis for internal and external distribution.
- Reviews local reports to discover trends and changes of credit risk KPIs.
- Responsible for accuracy and quality assurance of credit decision system. Prepares detailed analysis and sufficient tests for the implementation of change requests.
- Evaluates and advises on the impacts of existing and new products, processes, and systems.
- Conducts necessary analysis required for the NPP-process.
- Participates in credit risk related projects as required to improve the Credit Origination, portfolio maintenance and contract.
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial sciences, mathematics, economics, or other studies with strong mathematical and statistical background.
- 3 - 4 years of professional experience in credit risk management or finance area.
- Mathematical aptitude and proven analytical skills.
- Experience in building statistical or financial models with large amounts of data.
- Experience in programming with SAS, SQL, Python, or R.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to analyze and explain complex relationships.

As a Credit Risk Coordinator, you will assure that credit risks of BMW Financial Services MX are identified, analyzed, steered, and communicated appropriately within the local SF organization and the SF central functions. You will be responsible for the correct implementation of credit risk reserves in the local organization and supports the definition of the parameters with the central functions.
