    • Participate in the month end process and in the monthly financial analysis
    • Knowledge of microsoft dynamics
    • Complete journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly operating reports
    • Respond to third party requests; Auditors, banks as required
    • Assist in the budget process
    • Develop and maintain different financial reports as needed Skills and Expertise
    • Must be fluent in English
    • Strong communication skills to provide effective communication
    • Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
    • Ability to work well with others in a fast paced, dynamic environment
    • Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
    • Strong critical thinking and analytical aptitude
    • Ability to work with tight deadlines
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including excel formulas and pivot tables Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting
