As an Application Specialist in the PolyWorks Mexico team, you will provide technical support to our customers and partners for our software, to maximize its use and guarantee their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Here is a detailed description of what your responsibilities will be:
- Conduct PolyWorks software training
- Provide technical support as well as basic and advanced training to our clients and business partners
- Expand your knowledge of our industrial metrology solutions
- Help our business partners by presenting our software to potential customers
- Train and update clients on how to use the software
- Provide demos of PolyWorks products
- Participate in events, expos, seminars and CoWorkings in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Travel throughout Mexico and abroad
- Other related tasks
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Metrologist
- Previous knowledge of metrology software and the use of metrology devices
- High availability to travel nationally and abroad
- Experience with CAD / CAM software
- Intermediate level of English
- Must be customeroriented, disciplined, and responsible
- Display initiative, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
