Your responsibilities: 1. Ensuring the conformity of q-relevant customer requirements in their area of responsibility; focus on PPAP process. 2. Ensuring the conformity and the continuous improvement of quality standards, considering customer and normative requirements their area of responsibility; 3. Reaching the highest customer satisfaction; this means fulfilling deliverables on time. 4. Continuous improvement of quality standards, considering the requirements of law, customers, norms and standards in the area of responsibility; 5. Coordination of the communication between the customer and internal stakeholder; 6. Work on, coordinate and solve customer complaints with a team of experts; 7. Contribute for solving the quality issues in serial production based on customer complaints; 8. Follow-up and monitoring of quality KPIs including customer portal indicators; 9. Preparation and participation in pre-serial and reviews during production; 10. Work on customer portals and evaluate q-relevant topics & PPAP submission. 11. Participate, if needed, in the process of 8Ds or similar procedures in customer portals and internal databases (ERP/MHP); 12. Playing a leading role in escalations for quality related incidents; 13. Proactive creation of interfaces to relevant customer plants; 14. Planning and execution of customer visits, if needed;

Your profile:
Profile: Industrial, Mechatronic or

Electronic Engineering Experience:
Automotive Industry, APQP or PPAP Engineer

Lenguage:
English (negotiation), German (benefical)

Knowledge:
SAP, APQP, PPAP, Core Tools

Main costumers:
FORD / BMW / DAIMLER / STELLANTIS
