A leading property and community management service provider nationwide, focusing on delivering exceptional real estate services.

We are looking for an
Accounts Receivable Analyst to support the following activities:

  • Process various types of customer billings each month, credit requests, among other non-recurring adjustments
  • Review weekly aging reports and follow up on open invoices
  • Responsible for gathering, analyzing, tracking, and verifying information for the billing process
  • Preparation and deposit of customer payments
  • Audit billing categories for missing transactions
  • Analysis of GL accounts, budget variances, and projection variances

Schedule:

Monday to Friday,

  • Regular: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
    CST
  • Day Light saving:9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

This is a remote role.

Minimum requirements
-
ADVANCED ENGLISH:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience with accounts receivable.
  • Experience with billing
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills in Speaking and Writing.

Salary:
$18, $22,000.00 per month
