    About Us

    We're a fast-growing marketing agency specializing in the pet services industry. Our team helps dog groomers, daycares, and other pet professionals grow their businesses by generating and booking high-quality appointments. As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the bridge between our clients and their future customers—ensuring leads are contacted, qualified, and booked into calendars.

    Responsibilities

    -Call and follow up with client leads to maximize appointments booked

    -Qualify prospects to ensure a strong fit between them and our clients

    -Schedule consultations between prospective clients and our client businesses

    -Follow step-by-step processes to keep leads moving forward in the sales pipeline

    Requirements

    -English proficiency (B2 level or higher), spoken and written

    -Cheerful personality with strong people skills

    -Excellent listening skills and attention to detail

    -Ability to follow instructions and proven reliability

    -Stable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)

    -Stable electricity supply

    -High-quality headset and microphone

    -Dual-screen setup (mandatory for workflow efficiency)

    -Availability to work a fixed weekly shift (Eastern Time). Shifts will be assigned and remain consistent.

    Compensation

    -$6-8 USD DOE per hour with opportunities for additional hours if available

    -Performance-based bonuses may apply

    -$2 per booked appt
