    We are currently searching for a Financial controller:

    Responsibilities

    • Overseeing all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
    • Managing financial relationships with banks and other lenders.
    • Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
    • Analyzing financial data to identify trends and risks.
    • Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
    • Working closely with other departments, such as accounting, sales, and operations.

    Requirements

    • 15-20 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably within the manufacturing or service industry.
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional designation (desirable in Mexico).
    • Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or Mexican accounting standards (NIF).
    • Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Desired

    • Experience in the Telecom industry (a significant plus).
    • Experience with financial systems and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
    • Strong leadership skills (if managing a team of accountants).

    Languages

    • Advanced Oral English.
    • Native Spanish.
