    y detalle de las actividadesAs a Customer Service Specialist, you will oversee and/or perform demand planning for a specific operations area through direct communication with Customers, Commercial and Production Planning departmentsExperiência y requisitos


    YOUR ROLE:

    • Oversees sales order management
    • Oversees customer service workflow process
    • Prepares and presents global demand plan for short term
    • Coordinating transportation/logistics with shipping department and Customer
    • Assure daily communication flow with customers to fulfill their requirements and information needs.
    • Oversees CS Team forecasting for current plus 3 months

    YOUR PROFILE:

    • Bachelor's degree on Business Administration, Engineering or related areas
    • Previous relevant experience on production planning and/or master production scheduling functions
    • Strong analytical, decision making, teamoriented skills
    • English 80%
    • SAP knowledge (preferred)
    • CRM (preferred)
