What success looks like in this role:

Use data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns; predict trends in the client base and the consumer population as a whole
Perform statistical analysis of data with a solid understanding of data sources, data organization and data storage
Get the insights and recommendations for business improvements
Use tools and techniques to visualize data in easytounderstand formats, such as diagrams and graphs
Analyze data and derive meaningful outcomes through identification of patterns and trends
Present your findings to the relevant stakeholders of the organizations for what the data pertains to; understand data content as well as business requirements must be able to tell the story
The ability to pay attention to detail when working with data in order to make accurate conclusions and predictions.

Interpersonal skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively share findings with shareholders
A solid understanding of data sources, data organization and storage
Strong IT and mathematical skills
Indepth knowledge of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques
Knowledge of relevant relational databases

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics

Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience

Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst

Power BI Required

Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS, Python, R, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
